Order Tracking

To track your orders use the order number assigned during the checkout and purchase process.

Order Tracking

Please use Order Tracking for an easy and efficient way to refer to a record of your purchases. Order Tracking will show you all the orders that you have placed over the previous 18 months. To view more information about a particular order, click on the order number. Selecting a single order record from the list displays the details of the online transaction, including delivery and billing information, quantities, product numbers, short descriptions and prices. Order Tracking will also display the current status of each order.

Order Approvals

Within the Order Status column you can identify whether an order is "On Hold", "Processed" or "Held for Approval". Some online users may require their orders to be approved. When this is the case the "Place order" button will be replaced by a "Send for Approval" button on the checkout page. Orders may require approval for a number of different reasons, such as: order value, line value, non-core items, budget limits or specific products that have been flagged by your company as requiring approval. If a user's orders are to go for approval they MUST be set up with a relevant permissions profile and assigned either a Single Approver or an Approval Workflow.
